Refund and Returns Policy

At Night Eye LED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product we offer is tested for quality and performance before shipping. However, if for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is missing essential parts or accessories

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@nighteyeled.com with your order number, product details, and images showing the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)
  • Shipped back within 7 days of approval

Items that are damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or modification are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If the product does not meet return eligibility, we may send it back to you.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@nighteyeled.com and our team will assist you.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return, such as:

  • Custom-fit lighting solutions
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Products damaged after delivery

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning an item unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product). In that case, Night Eye LED will bear the shipping cost.
